Account Menu
Click your tier badge or usage counter in the top-right corner of the header to open the account menu.
You see options to:
- Manage Subscription
- Payment Settings (paid tiers only)
- Change Password
- Export My Data
- Delete Account
- Sign Out
Manage Subscription
Opens a dialog where you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your tier (Explorer, Pro, Power)
- Switch between monthly and yearly billing
Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep your current tier until the end of the billing period.
Payment Settings
Available for Pro and Power subscribers. Opens the Customer Portal directly to your payment method settings where you can:
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
Change Password
Opens a dialog where you can set a new password. The same five rules from signup apply (see LOS - Getting Started).
Export My Data
Downloads a JSON file containing:
- Your profile information
- Your complete usage history
This is a GDPR-compliant data export. The file downloads directly to your browser.
Delete Account
A permanent, two-step process:
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm in the dialog that appears
This removes your profile, usage history, and authentication data. This action cannot be undone.
Sign Out
Logs you out of Lean Obsidian Studio and deletes all session data.
Password Reset
If you forgot your password:
- Open the Sign In modal
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for the reset link
- Set a new password (same five rules as signup - see LOS - Getting Started)
